Where does this vacuum line go?

Alright, got the car back from the performance shop. He said that whoever installed the charger(wasn't me) ran a vacuum line into the valve cover... I was losing boost because of this. Attached are some pictures of what I am talking about. One goes to the blowoff valve...where does the other go? I am running a procharger D-trim. This might be a dumb question, so forgive me. I tried researching the interwebz and the forum with no results.

Not needed unless you're running a boost guage. Plug it off.

Agreed, If you dont need them, then just plug them up .

That could of gotten ugly. Im suprised the valve cover gaskets didnt give out.

You're telling me. I couldn't ,for the life of me, figure out why anyone would do that. They took their time doing it, too, as they ran it into the fricken valve cover breather.
