More Is Better
WOW. I think I just soiled myself.
Beautiful craftsmanship.
So...is anyone going to make a billet Whiteline propeller upgrade? If not, I may ask my buddy about doing so. He has a shop full of CNC machines.
Just so everybody is aware, the rigidity of the two tubular stands to the 'bridge' that provides the double shear situation at the main pivot will define how much of the lateral load will go through the bridge. The bridge will always carry less than half of the total lateral load (it's a structural engineering relative stiffness of the two load paths thing). The question comes down to how much less.
I do like this approach, though I'd probably make the stands bigger in the lateral direction specifically to make a larger proportion of the lateral load go through the bridge.

The problem is you will need to redesign part of it. If you just copy it it will be a patant infringement. We have a program written for it but we don't want any legal problems plus I think Whiteline has looked at this thread and is going to look into it.
If they are going to look in to it that's great. Are you able to provide any more info on that? It would sure be awesome if they got some sort of improvement out for it before the warranty on mine expires next September.
I seriously doubt you will have anymore trouble.
^ Do you really think that if Terry has a problem, he will share with the public? Highly doubt it....
Yes I do. I have talked to him and Jason at length and they have told me everything that has happened and yes I do believe them. Look back at all of Terrys write ups and not once did he have a DNF because of the suspension breaking.
