Things to do today in prep for tomorrow...

- Change oil and trans fluid (AMSOIL Dominator 10w30 w/ WIX filter and AMSOIL 75w90 gear oil) - DONE!
- Install urethane rear torque mount - DONE!
- Remove passenger seat - DONE!
- Remove radio, speakers, and sub - DONE!
- Load up the Shell URT Advanced and slicks - DONE!
- Upload the race fuel program to my flasher - DONE!


Loaded up and ready to go.

I got the '11 GT all loaded up this evening and going to leave around 4:30 in the morning for the trip up.

Clipping my nails and shaving my armpits for a few extra ounces.. Lol

Stoked to get this going.. Car has impact, lugs, and racestars loaded up.

race jacket is sitting on chair, shutting down laptop now so its charged and ready for data logging tomorrow.

everything else is sitting in the car.

You Hampton roads guys are up there at MIR but to let you you there was a F18 that crashed here in Va Beach at the Mayfair Mews apartment complex near bird neck, not a lot of details right now but if you know anyone around there you might want to check with them. At least 4 buildings are basically gone.

I had fun though my passes sucked. Between my clutch slipping and the spark breaking up on the top end, I didn't get a clean pass all day. The best I got was a 13.22 @ 78mph coasting from the 1/8th mile. I went 7.74 @ 93mph in the 1/8th that pass.

From what I've heard Greg's best was a 10.2 @ 138mph and Jason ran a bunch of 11.1's and 11.0XX's
