I'm thinking that you should be getting into the 9's soon. Just keep at it. All the parts for the run are there, you just have to do them all in the same run.

How long till you give up on the 9's with street tires, put your slicks on, & see what the car is capable of?

I actually put the Bigs and littles on Fri. night and went to the track. The track prep sucked and the left rear was wobbling so I took them off. It did feel faster with them on, but I had to let off due to the vibrations and the car pulling HARD right. I am getting the wheels checked tomorrow.

nice numbers billy, which wheels do you have the drag radials on?

On the numbers above they were on the 20s.

A little update though on the Bigs and Littles (Bogarts BTW), looks like the issue is not the wheel but the M&H dr that is one the drivers side. It is out of round BAD. I bought a new set of 325/50/15 Mickey Thomson ET streets today and will have the car out at the Motorplex on Sat. night for a hit on the Bogarts. Looks like I will have to wait for the cool fall air at this point for the 9.9x on the 20s.

So, now to the next step. I am tired of changing fuel and yes, I want more power. Lets face it, this is a full weight street car with roll bars that weighs 3860 with no driver, so 4060 with me in it. I am going to make this weekend my last time out on C16. I am ordering some ID1000 or 2000 injectors this weekend and twin Walbro 465 pumps to make the switch to E85 and will datalog the tune with Manuel to get it all working on the current setup and boost. Next I will then add the 3.9 pulley (4.3 = 20 psi now) and datalog more to dial in the tune. May use a local dyno for a remote tune at this point. IDK. Then when Manuel is in the states later in the fall we will do a dyno tune with the full setup at 25-27 psi on E85 and the 75 shot. Guess we will see if those Manley Billet I Beam rods were worth the money or not! :omfg:

For now though I will see what I can get Sat. night at the Motorplex.

Sounds like you'll be testing that motors durability pretty soon. That is a good example why you should build for more power than you think you will want. Good luck on Saturday.

Billet I beam rods FTW! All those extra coatings and overkill on parts needed will be put to the test.

Yes, good luck Sir.

Thanks!

Get those brakes working?

Installing the pump tomorrow. I am going to put it in the trunk or under the car, not sure yet. I will decide tomorrow.
