11.... what?
OK another question.
I'm guessing cams are $1000 or so. For only minimal 30hp.
Worth it. I want lope and on a booster motor. Possible? Brenspeed said not really. Seems link and crown running cams?
Thanks
Damn.. sorry to hear this. You sir got lucky there (as far as the block goes). Lousy OEM rods. Atleast it did not break and window the block.
Did you by chance go buy a lottery ticket? That is amazing you didn't window that block.

...What head lights are those... I need those for my GT500 front end... lmao or atleast how do I get something similar! lol
I think the cams were "ok". Depends on what your goals are. I am running the comp 127350 which is a pretty mild cam and works well with the boost. Not sure if I would pay the money again as I think you can still get to 600 hp without them on your setup. If not.. put them in later.. It really is TOO much money for cams IMO. 1K can buy insurance elsewhere. People will hear you when you hand them their ass anyway lol.
I agree with upgrading the springs tho. That, OEM gaskets, and definately ALL ARP hardware.. down to balancer bolt. ARP is not cheap but certainly worth it. Make sure you follow the manufacture recommendation on lube, torque spec etc.
ARP 2000 rod bolts are nice, but the rods HAVE to be spec for them. You can't just buy a rod with any old bolt and then use an arp 2000. They will likely be out of round if you do. What people do not realize is the magic and most of the strength of the rod comes from the rod bolt.

Help me out here. Is that a 4.7 Daimler motor? I'm not seeing push rods.
