Had the used ID2000s flowed today and they stopped after four of them. They were ranging anywhere from 132cc all the way down to 45cc. I think I have found the issue. I am working on getting some more injectors coming now.

I bought these used from someone who got them from the shop that works on his car. He was told they had dyno time and a low miles on them. I am talking to the seller now and there is no issue there that would leave me to believe he doesn't want to make it right.

Can't have them cleaned or something?

ID said I could send them to there Arizona place to be inspected and go from there, but they could not tell me anything without seeing them. If they just need cleaned, that would not be very much, like $25 ea. but there is the unknown. I don't have time to do all of that at this point. I am working on some new ones now.

After seeing a 45cc number today I think it will. Imagine firing up your car with injectors ranging from 132cc to 45cc with an ID2000 injector file in the tune.

It really is for both of us. I have no doubt that there will be a resolution there. That is the least of my problems right now.

Good news is, I talked to Mr. Bogart today and my drag wheels shipped out this afternoon with the spacers removed and all four wheels with a new factory polish on the face! Should be all tucked in with 8 1/4" BS on the rears with my 315 MT DR's and the fronts will be 3/4" tucked in nicely on Sunday.

Need to borrow my id1300's? They are brand new (should have shipped to me today).

Cannot say enough good things about this guy right now! He knows I am having issues and one of them my be fuel related and offers to let me barrow his brand new ID1300s that are on the way to him to test with. Then after I get my 2000s tested and find there is an issue with them, he offers to let me have his if I order a new set for him as he doesn't need his for a couple weeks. Then today he has his wife call him when they arrived at his house so he could leave work, go to the house and pick up the 1300s, go to FedEx and ship them to me overnight with pictures and tracking info and all, and then drive back to work! I am in debt to Jim for sure. Next time I see him its steak and drinks on me for sure! The injectors will be here tomorrow as will my Bogarts , so tuning will proceed on Sunday morning.

WOW, that is all I can say to this kind of an effort to help me get my car going.

I decided this injector stuff is way to hard. I'm going to delete them.

I quit 3 years ago.

Makes a big block carb motor sound VERY nice...

I want to do a street/strip car here in the near future. Something that will go way in the 7's. BIG BIG BB with a screw blower and a couple of carbs on e85 is one of the options.

Or a BIG BIG BB with a carb or two and nitrous.
