Haven't been to the shop my buddies in Florida with his race team testing dunlop tires and some new suspension with the race car... (ALMS series)
I am just finishing up orders while he is gone so we can just crank through everything when he returns...

I just bought GT500 injectors, and a breather tank catch can, once he is back from Florida we will tap the pan and work out the intercooler piping...

Thinking about picking up:
aem fuel gauge
ford racing volt gauge
ford racing water temp gauge

Do a 3 pod down the colum with the 3 pod in the center and doing the ford racing in the center pods while the aem in the colum pods...

Add a bit thicker oil as you run the car hotter. This will stabalize better under higher loads and help to protect the bearings better once the oil is hot. And turbos=hot oil. Enough said. 30 weight has never messed with my stock cams or on any turbo motor we have ever built.
No offense taken. I am here to help. If you need any assistance with any issues you run into with the kit. Let me know. We have 5 of these kits out there now and they work insanely well! Don't forget the Diablosport MAFia. Also, The fans might have been a bit over kill and you removed your front crash core!? Why was that? Bar and plate intercoolers do block a ton of air but upgrade to a fluidyne and dont worry about it.
So far the work looks great. We went a little farther and moved the P/S to the passenger side and relocated the dist box and ECU farther down for cosmetic reasons for our engine bays.

Also, We went a step further and ceramic finsihed the entire hot side of the kit. This way we didn't hav to use header wrap. So far with 20,000 miles we haven't had an issue. We even kept the stock hood to make sure there wasn't going to be any issues with heat over the battery area. Plus it added the the killer show look of the kit.

Here's our kit if you wanted to take a look:

We also decided to run individual pipes to the driver side of the intercooler and a sigle exit. made the plumbing look cooler and actually saved us room since we could run 2" tubing for most of the kit. Again, let us know if you run into any issues with yor install. But so far it looks sick! We first tested out kit on the dyno at 9psi. by 4700rpm we were at 515rwhp! So we had to back off timing considerably. We use a Dyno-Dynamics so we can watch actual live readings for stand alone tuning and true engineering. So be careeful when you first strap this down. The power levels will surprise you!

Thanks man I am still pretty unsure about the oil situation.. That car you linked me to looks so sexy!!
We actually moved the fans to do intercooler piping different... It's going to end up being almost a ram air setup..
What do you mean by crash core? All that cheesy foam is still on there...
I am really thinking about getting a bigger front mount though just because I would like to keep my lower fogs in my cervinis bumper lol..
I was also under the impression I didn't need a mafia since I went with a Ba5000??
I don't have the gt3070s so will see what I make with the hotrod cams on top of it all...

correct, you dont need a mafis, im running the hpx maf sensor with no issues and plenty of room to spare.

The only issue I am having is my tuner is saying he wants the MAF in 4-5in piping with atleast 4inchs of that size before the sensor...
What size is yours in???

As for the gauges... I already have the AEM a/f, AEM Boost, Ford Racing Oil, and Ford Racing Water temp... I am really just going for looks...

You'll need the mafia...go with what willy is saying. He has some expierence.

Yea i know, i have built off his build in my own way with his help... I have the SCT BA5000 otherwise known as the HPX already so I just need to work out some other things......

Anyone know how far away from my MAF sensor my BOV has to be???

I'm using 3 " piping on all my cold side, about 12" straight before the mad sensor, I'll post some pics for you this weekend. I put my bov just a few inches from the turbo, before the intercooler, pretty much the opposite of where the maf is.
