Kooks longtubes Problems Already! UPDATED
Ok so most of you saw my post about my kooks longtubes with catted h-pipe I installed just a week ago on my 2010 mustang. I have started to hear a rattle the last few days when I would leave for work. Its really tough to hear something because my car is so much louder now. So this morning I decided to put the car back up on the lift at work to investigate. I grabbed a rubber mallet and started to tap around and see what I could find. The noise was coming from right around the cat area so I removed both O2 sensors in the cats and managed to stick my pinkie in the sensor hole and felt that both catalyst have come loose and are rattling around in the cat. Im extremely upset over this issue and emailed maryland speed in hopes they may help me out since I just bought the longtubes a week ago. This is my daily driver and I cant leave my car down long enough to send kooks my cat sections and wait for an answer. I bought the best in hopes something like this wouldnt happen but it seems some poor workmanship went into my exhaust. Has anyone else had this issue before? I have tried searching but came up with nothing.
