so what would I need to make this kit work with LT's
Someone who is adept in bending pipes... Honestly, I had the L/T's, and I'm taking them off and putting in the stock shorties and I still ended up making back some money and helping out another forum member

cant wait to see how your kit comes out antonio, i have been eyeing this kit for the past month or so, my only concern is how low some of the pipes seem to hang. seeing as you have the same suspension setup as me im curious to see how it all works out for you. keep us updated!

A hacksaw lol.
I sold my kooks longtubes to greg and went with coated tuned length shorties.
Couldnt bare the thought of going back to the stock heavy as manifolds.

The merging pipes and collector take on longtubes take up all the room for turning the exhuast around to route up front so they have to go.

I was concered about 2 spots as well.
Im installing the on3 hotside as well, so far the clearance is good theres a pic of the clearance so far in my build thread.

There one more spot that looks a little low to me in the pics and thats the down pipe connector so we shall see how that goes.

the stock manis are better. you keep in more heat which makes more power and that is what the turbo loves. the flow pretty damn good i am making 707 on 16psi on 93 octane with them all i did to them is powder coat them inside and out.

Hmmm i wonder what kinda power i can make with 10.5 compression @ 8-10 psi with this kit. I already have entire fuel system, plugs and everything ready to go. Might just take my manifold nitrous plumbing money and try one of these out. Best of all i can keep all my bolt ons from the nitrous build. I will upgrade the turbo if i do this. Prolly a 76mm and go with 3.55 or 3.73 rear end. Which cam should i go with? I have a set of 127300's which go great with my saleen rotating assembly(Pretty much a PJ). Or should i go with my SPR 3's?? Only problem is I still had problems with the SPR 3's with a vacuum pump setup in place. Damn brake booster problems. Almost killed myself rolling out in traffic twice.

Well of course they flow good when you are boosting 16 lbs through them!
I was not gonna put those bigass anchors back on. I will take my chances with the tuned length jba ceramic painted shorties. The better flow of the shorties was enough for me to give up some of the heat the stock manifolds would have held in. Since i have a built shortblock that will handle 900hp, i will just adjust the boost to meet my 550-600rwhp goal.
Its mostly a street car/daily driver anyway.

I know there's a few people here with this kit. I'm looking for a decent picture of how the maf is routed on a stock kit. Did you have to buy a maf housing at extra cost? Are you extending the wires or using a mafia?

It doesnt come with a maf mount. It is a 29$ option and im not sure if they weld it on for you or leave it up to you.

Heres where its mounted in on3's pics

the turbo will spool up slower. not sure how much slower but slower.

Well i will let you know when its all done, the eboost2 recalls beak boost and peak rpm so i will be able to pinpoint exactly where it starts making boost and when its fully spooled.

Plus they look better too :)

That they do and weigh alot less!

Would it hurt (or help) anything to have the cold side stuff that you can see under the hood powdercoated black? I don't want much shiny stuff under my hood...

I guess that question would apply to whatever hotside stuff including the turbo housing deally too (yeah, i'm that technical).... not sure what color(s) the coatings you guys are talking about come in...

black is the best type of ceramic coating as it retains the most heat
