wow they are REALLY jerkin your around with this issue. They should just replace them with another brand and then THEY should deal with the manufacture. Obviously the wheels were discontinued for a reason which was probably the quality issue.

I honestly cannot believe how they are treating you on this. They should be calling you and resolving everything instantly so that you arent making claims against their company. I would be fuckin furious about that bullshit. And yeah why would you lie about someone telling you that someone got fired? What a dumb thing to lie about. And on top of it, why the fuck isnt this Mike guy dealing with you directly if he is so fuckin good at his job. I dont get that.

Whether its after hours or the fuckin middle of the night, they arent handling this very well. I will never deal with them after reading all of this stuff. They should go above and beyond to help out this claim, they sell the rim whether its warrantied or not through them, they should be replacing it and then dealing with the manufacture themselves as everyone else would do.

:321: them

Some of the shit he Mike said on the other forum is bull shit.I deal with products from all kinds of companies,When I sell an item I take the responsibility to make sure its right. If the owner has a paroblem with the item I replace it then take it up with my reps from the manufacturer. The thing is I trust my manufacturers to make a bad situation right.I know I am not selling junk product to people to then shove there terrible customer services off on my customers. At the end of the day the customer bought a product from me not the manufacturer.I was looking at a set opf wheels from them and I can tell you after reading this and the thread on the other forum I wouldnt buy shit from them ever.I would pay more money for the same product just to make sure they didnt have the oppertunity to screw me.And I agree if your gonna lie why lie about that! Good luck man..

If I remember correctly, Saddle Up from mustang forums ended up getting screwed over after all was said and done. CC pretty much blew her off. Sadly, I wouldn't expect much different for the rest of you guys.

And I get so tired of the "other forum" deleting threads about shitty vendors. Just cuz they sponsor the site, that apparently exempts them from criticism regardless of how fucked up they are. Thats abunch of poo!

I have a set of their black chrome FR500s haven't put them on the car yet but I can't wait too. Yaaaaaa I heard about chipping and cracking but it says take good care of the wheels. No details, just soap and water.
