The tigermachine II is looking good!

I havent got back into Mustangs just yet... wouldn't rule out maybe a 2013 or 2014 gt500 in the future, looked a few times at them.

I have owned a 2013 Jeep Rubicon 10th Anniversary, 2012 Chevy Corvette and now a 2006 Dodge Viper Coupe... since selling the Mustang.










Never know with me and what I might be driving next.

Well it would have been nice to have gotten to meet you in person.
We did watch some of the cars go around the track a few times.
We were parked with the Bullitt Mustangs.
Mine was not there as it was at Brenspeed in Pierceton, IN.
I drove our MCS to the Hotel and then rode back and forth to the events with a buddy in his Bullitt.

I should hopefully have the T-Machine back in the near future I think.
I think the Jesel Billet Cam Followers were coming in this week to Brenspeed.
They are the last thing I believe they, (George) was or is waiting on to arrive.

The latest news on the "tigermachine II" ...

Hello Gang,

Got a call from George this morning or maybe it was this afternoon.
I was not at home so not sure when he called as I was with Cathy getting her eyes tested.

Moving right along ..........

George said he has the Bullitt back together now.
He has started it and actually drove it.

Hear is what he had to say as best as I can tell it in words on a computer.

This is George and what he said,
Terry it's back together and I did drive it.
It is very-very smooth while driving it.
It does not jump around or do anything crazy while I drove it.
It just fires right up and drives so smooth for a race car.
You might find the engine sound interesting.
If you were standing in front of it with the hood propped-open and I started it up.
You will now hear a noticeable more mechanical sound coming from the engine.
I'm not saying it is like real LOUD.
It is just that it now sounds more like a Race-Engine I guess is the way to say it.
I think you are going to really like it. as it is you Dawg !!!
Brent said he is not going to (Release) it this time until He and I both test drive it for a number of miles.
He, (Brent) is also going to do a new Custom-Dyno-Tune on it once we are both comfortable the new Ford Racing Heads valve-train-components are sufficiently broken in.
I did put in all the Break-In Additives and Fresh Oil to Break-it-In.
Once we are done with the break-in-miles I will then change to the Mobil-1 & the Ford-Racing oil filter.
Then Brent wants to do a New Custom-Dyno-Tune .........
Oh, BTW, I am also going to do one more thing while we have it here.
I'll get that info. soon for your records.
I think you now need this addition so I'll be back in touch with that info.

Terry I recently purchased SFC011 but don't have them in the car yet. Please ask George to take lots of install pictures to help us DIY guys out. Based on the BMR instructions looks like a straight forward install as long as you can get the car high enough to do the grinding and welding.

Lots of summer left I guess you will be really happy to get the Tigermachine II back?

Terry I have those on my car and love them. Everyone says you don't need them on the S197 but I think they make a big difference. You will notice, the next time you jack it up, that you can set the jack anywhere along the side rail and that side of the car will raise as one piece. That's how stiff it makes the chassis.

I think I will have it back in plenty of time to enjoy it this year.

So we shall see if in fact that takes place.

I think you are 100% correct in having the Sub Frame Connectors installed.

Especially in a high H/P situation.

BTW,
I doubt that you missed it on here that I did end up going with the Jesel Billet Aluminum Roller Cam Followers.
You had mentioned to me I should go with them.
Well I didn't the 1st go around and ended up with a stock cam follower coming loose.
So, the Jesel cam followers are now installed as per your suggestion in the 1st place.

New information on the incoming M/T Street Comp 305/35-20 tires ...

Up-Date,

As many of you know I have been following closely the M/T Street Comp tires in the soon to be released 305/35-20" size.

Looks like the long wait might be coming to a close in July 2014.

I'm hoping to be able to run the 275/35-20's in front & the 305/35-20's in the rear.

What matters is that you are happy with your ride Terry. Side note, is there anything left on the table for HP with that combo? Also why not go with the FRPP TB and a larger CAI?

Just received a few text messages from Brent a few minutes ago.

So, the answer to your questions and comments/suggestions is, yes.

Next week Brent is putting it on the Dyno and we shall see what it does.
