ATI Super Damper, which ARP bolt?

Going to be installing an ATI Super Damper(part no.918039) on my 2008 Bullitt, and need to know which ARP bolt I should be using.
ARP 156-2501 which is the stock length replacement, or ARP 206-1001 which is longer. I ordered the longer ARP 206-1001, but later found this is the preferred bolt for the aftermarket crank guys. I am installing it on a stock crank and don't want to trash the threads. Any help/info. is greatly appreciated.

I used the stock length 156-2501 with my ATI damper.

either will be fine. I used the stock length 156-2501 and used the torque specs from ARP.

Check Scott's build thread. I believe he used the 206-1001.
I went with an IW 10% overdrive crank pulley and used their supplied bolt, which is about 1/4" longer than the stock bolt. The pulley was thicker than the stock pulley and the stock bolt only had about 3/4" of thread engagement.

I had both and was able to try both. You could measure the depth of the hole and compare it to the length of your bolt sticking out the back of your damper/crank pulley.

The difference in bolts was because of the cranks. The Kellogg cranks don't thread to the end like a stock crank, so it needs a little longer bolt.

Stock crank you should use the shorter bolt.

I ordered the shorter ARP bolt and 18mm socket today, that way I have both available when I do the install. Looks like I will be installing the shorter ARP 156-2501. When the TVS install is done, I will put the ARP 206-1001 for sale in the classifieds. Thanks again for all of the help.
