All 07's use the same PCM hardware so he probably did something wrong.

New heads are a 08.5 thing and totally unrelated, all 07's have old style heads.

My mistake. I had it in my head that they made a bunch of changes at once.

I seen on another forum and I hate to quote another forum but it was the only other source I had. But, anyways they said not all 07's will work they said some 07's have the cto but it's not active. Have you heard anything like this? I know my build is early 07.

I left out one assumption: there is an open hole where you want to put the wire through. The unused pins are capped-off from the back, so just punch a hole through the location with a sharp point or something to open it up through the the back-side. Easy to do.

Yeah those wires kind of fit in there properly only one way so that they seat in place and lock.
