Can't you return it as defective! I am glad to hear it works and you can start to enjoy the car. It is just ashame that you had a problem with the clutch, you would never think that would be messed up. I used a single disc, I wanted a duel but could not afford it. So i guess it will be ACT for me when time comes. Let use know how you like the 6sp.
I did my first 6900rpm power shifting today and damn, difference is night and day between the 3650 and 6060. I don't know how a stock 6060 does but if its half as smooth as this transmission your going to have a orgasam.
lol, I meant if its half as smooth as this liberty rebuilt 6060 I have then he is going to nut his pants
Im in love with the 6060.
Do you have the .74 and the .50 over drive gears?

I'm pretty sure that's my issue, too. Thanks for all your legwork on this.Dont sweat it, we are convinced there was a pp or tolerance/clearance issue internal to my rst from the factory. Its definetly frustrating to have this happen but im still a fan of mcleod and the rst/rxt clutches.
I pulled my RST clutch out this week and put in a Excedy mach 600 in. CURED all my shifting/grinding problems. Not sure what's going on with Mcleod lately but I'm not impressed. Wasted lots of time and money on that POS. Anybody need a Mcleod boat anchor?
Come on down.
