Cruizin Concepts....Ordeal in the making?

i ordered my 18" wheels and tires from them in late june last year, called a month later, asked where they were, the said someone screwed up in mounting and balancing so they will give me a new one. had to wait two more months before i got any of the wheels...

I tried ordering from CC as well and was told that my rims wouldn't ship till 4-6 weeks from now. That definately wasn't going to work so I cancelled and called up AM to see what they could do on their price and sure enough they worked the price down to match CC's price. Plus the rims shipped out the same day! Should be getting them in this wednesday!!

I had a good exp the first time I did business with them and mike took care of everythig for me. Second time around. No help whatsoever and all the wheels I wanted were on back order. So I went to LMR.

The fact that I called them to see if they would ship to APO because I'm military (by the way is a US address). They said they would never ship to Military APO boxes; "out of the question, not even for a little extra money". But his tone of voice was like leave me alone I only deal in douchebaggery. For wheels I stick with LRS, Tirerack or BBR for drag rims.

I ordered my hood from cc 4 months ago. came 3 weeks later broken in two. sent it back 1.5 months later the second one came sent it back. 1.5 months later the third hood never came so i canceled it and got my check 2 weeks later. Not totally there fault but the fact that I was trying to get my shit painted and they keep pushing it back months at a time I said the hell with them. I also dealt with alex.

So after a hour on hold today still got ahold of no one... he was suppose to get back to be after talking to the manufacturer and haveen't heard from him...Now there calling me a liar because one of there staff members told me that Mike and Alex the guy I originally purchased through and the original claims guy quit. STAY AWAY FROM CC

Im now talking to Jeff @ Wheel Replicas. I am now being told that it is very odd to him that all 4 of my wheels are chipping....He also said this is the only set that has came back with all 4 chipping. So after talking to Saddleup and Vasman both said that of course ALL 4 were chipping...Jeff is emailing photos to Manufacturer now and see what they say...Ill keep you posted and if any one knows more ppl that have had problems with the Wheel replicas black chrome please let me know....I just want to be done with them.

I have a set of wheel replica fr500 black chrome wheels that started chipping a few months after having them, now they are about a year old with about 1500 miles and I think every wheel has a few chips in the finish. They look like rock chips, I called and emailed with no replies or calls back. I will never buy anything from them again since the customer service absolutely suck.

Just finished reading that thread. It was pretty clear to me that you were told both those guys quit so that CC didn't have to be held to whatever promises they had made. Where there's smoke, there's usually fire.
