While you haven't had an issue, doesn't mean there isn't room for improvement especially with e85. Dysan saw a huge improvement with the swap even at his relatively low hp level 500-550hp.
I had to run a different filter as I'm return now, but I love that I will never have to buy a filter again.
I'm not arguing that. My point is that it's not necessary. My advice would be to change the filter after a tank or two of e85 because it's going to scrub all the built up varnishes and deposits out of the fuel system. They will affect flow from the fuel filter.
I'm one of those people who changes the fuel filter every year. I've thought of an aftermarket version in the past. How difficult is it to clean and how good of a job do they do?
