Grinding into 3rd????

quick question fellas, Lately ive been noticing that when im shifting at higher rpm's nothing close to redline my 3rd gear is grinding as it goes into gear, Now i dont have any problem like this going into any other gears at any Rpm but now this is getting annoying it doesnt matter if its cold or hot already any rpm after 4.5k i shift from 2nd to third and Grind....any Reason for this??

i know about close to a gear ago my Syncro's from 2nd Threw 5th were replaced under factory warranty under TSB or recall type of issue could it be that maybe the 3rd Syncro is going out?? and suggestions or fix would be appreciated thanks.

Cut your losses and just stick a TR3650. It just shifts so much better and the T5 is a lost cause.

yeah TR3650 would be best but if that's not in the budget right now, try and see if the syncros are messed up. it could have been caused from missing third on a hard shift one or more times.
