Went to Dallas Raceway tonight with the bigs and littles. First off zero track prep and then I kept getting a very violent shake from the rear an the car would pull REALLY hard to the right. I went back to the pits and jacked the car up and put it in gear and the left rear is bent. I put the 20s back on the rear and the best I could get on shit track was 10.30 at 135 with a 1.60 60ft. It was spin city tonight. I will not go back there on a street night again. When they say street, they mean STREET!

When I can cut 1.50 60s on 20" drs, I expect more. The track was shit.

Hope I can pull something like that tomorrow. I did look under the car today while putting the OTA pipes back in and it seems I am hitting the bump stops. Guess I need to cut them and see if that helps.

Stock height but I have Cobra Jet springs(the drag ones) and Strange adj. shocks in the rear. I am pretty sure it is hitting because above the stop is a very clean spot on both sides.

Stock cars hit them. It just depends on the ride. Hell when I leave with mine cut and on Pro Kit springs the car sits on them pretty hard.

Okay, so the track was rained out today and will be open tomorrow now with bracket points racing happening. Not that I was going today, but I think I will try again tomorrow. Track prep should be good and the cold front is passing now. Should be in the upper 70s to low 80s and winds from the north. They are starting at 10am. I am taking both sets of wheels and see where I end up. If I hook and don't get my time, I am upping the power. Its go time!

Well looks like I'm going to have to settle for the 10.04 @ 137 mph today. I did get a few other best today though like a 1.48 60 foot and a 108 mph 1/8 mile at 6.46. All on 20" drs. That pass 5 was fast! I spun 2nd, backed out and back in and ran a 10.17!
