one pump on 93 octane returnless
And that supports 680 rwhp? Our 405 pump in a stock hat
that with a bap is.
Id like to go with twin 465s and id1000 injectors and run some e85 hopefully spring time I can make it happen but now Im a bit worried. Plus my car is running great but my passenger side breather always had alot of vapor coming out and the drivers side had none well now I see just a little coming out of the drivers side as well.
Nice pic.. and motivating lol. You using sub-frame connectors? I need something with my vert and thinking bmr weld-in

well, just so you don't feel left out.. I just broke my tranny
Now the bad news.
I hurt the motor. Later after those runs above I made a pass with only 3/8 of a tank of fuel in the car (that I think was on the pass. side) and starved the motor on the big end. Car pulled a 1.39 60 ft and a 5.94 1/8 mile at 117 mph and nosed over some on the top end so I backed out of the gas just as my warning lights came on, meaning I was below 39 psi at 24.9 psi of boost. I went back to the pits and fueled the car and all seemed well. I should have pulled the plugs though since I starved the motor for fuel. Next pass out, same 60 ft and 1/8 mile and then just past the 1000' mark the smoke came out the pipes., I need to pull the motor later and see what the damage is for sure though. Since the plugs where melted across the board, 1,2 5,8, I am assuming my diagnoses is correct.
I know this for now. The car was low on fuel, I have 4 melted plugs and oil in several cylinders.
Very stupid mistake since I am the one who is always reminding people about the pass side tank issue on these cars when changing out fuels and running with the tank low at the track. Hell last week at RPR I even pulled the pass side senor and removed the fuel on that side just to be sure of how much fuel was where. I really want to half the tank or add a fuel cell this winter so this can never happen again. For now I will fix it and run no less then 3/4 tank at the track so I know the pump will always have fuel.
Wow, that sux.
I was always under the impression that with a return system that the DS of the tank filled up first. That is where the fuel returns to and what fills up first when you fill the tank through the filler. What am I missing? I may be playing with fire and not know it.
