That goop from your breather tanks, looks very much like what I get in mine, sort of peanut buttery in look and consistency?
IMO, it's typical of the fuel

How long does it take for the ss rings to break in?
I have moly rings, I have bought a new set of Total Seal AP rings that have a SS top ring. I have used both before with no issues. My machine shop said the moly rings I have now are not even broke in and I should just reuse them. IDKHow long does it take for the ss rings to break in?

Yes, now what to do for springs?Damn, Comp 550's?
Yes, now what to do for springs?
I do not. I used them all last year to 7550 in third without issue . I never went past 5500 rpms or so on this motor due to the blow out/head gasket issues. It could be the installed height giving you trouble. Springs don't like being at coil bind with that many RPM's.
Do you know what the installed height is vs what they are supposed to be? IDK where mine are at and one thing I know is springs (I didn't set them up). I was planning on checking this winter when I switch to 550's to make sure I have A.) the right springs and B.) they were installed correctly.

Didn't the heads get re-done since you were running it at 7550?
How long have you been running those springs?
Yes, valve job, port, and milled. Are you thinking the valve grind job could have changed it that much? Wouldn't that help the springs as they would get a little looser if anything no?
Less then 3k miles and 80 passes or so. Pretty much a year or so. I would have to look back and see when I sold Fuel my custom cams.
