Possible to convert Paxton 2200sl

I haven’t been able to find a thread anywhere except for one where someone said they did it.

Is it possible to convert a Paxton 2200sl to oil fed with upgraded bearings and billet impeller?

Max rpm from what I have read is 52k and with a 10% overdrive pulley and 3.12 blowed pulley I am already there.

If it’s possible what do I need and can you point to resources?

So to let everyone know I spoke with vortech today and there is no way to convert to oil fed and no upgraded internal parts available. They advised me to sell my 2200sl and upgraded to jt-b vortech unit and that the vortech unit will bolt to the existing brackets with no compatibility issues.

Jon Bond if I recall has impellers for the v3, 1200, and even the 2200.

That looks reallg interesting but I still wonder if I should just sell my 2200sl head unit and grab a jt-b trim.

Yeah you probably could. Lots of people piece those together. Shoot if I had the money I'd offer to buy your 2200SL lol. But life right now
