E85, leaving off the trans brake and flowing more from the heads I'm guessing is the difference. I don't have to start pulling timing until 170IAT's with the E85 so it was peaking around 23 degrees of timing. 1 3/4" long tubes and no cats will also be helping me quite a bit.

The 60' makes a huge difference as well. The general rule of thumb is you get 1.5-2x more based on how good your 60' is so if I'm 1 tenth faster in my 60' I'll be 1.5-2 tenths quicker ET in the 1/4.

What will really get you is that I could have left harder but I forgot to turn up my 2-step. That was only leaving at 2800 rpms and I'm guessing I could have gone up to 3400rpms or so which may have gotten me a 1.42 or 1.41 60'

EDIT: The biggest indicator though is the mph...your car is definitely down on power because if you don't spin you really can't fool the mph much.

No idea on power because my car has not been on a dyno. Weight with me in it for that run was probably around 3900lbs since I weighed it the day before with a full tank of gas and 100lbs added and it was 4025lbs.

If I was to guess I suspect at the crank is upper 700 range based on my friends drag race calculator.
