Sc saleen need cam and exhaust adivce! Help

Need advice on cam ect. - 2008 Red Flag Edition
Hey guys!
Just bought the 2008 red flag that was for sale
On ebay about a month ago in texas. Car has 1870 miles and is all stock!

Ok heres my question. I want to do cams what should i do? Heard things that frpp hot cams where having problems with a blower. Next is im going to do kooks long tube headers catted x pipe and not sure on mufflers... Should i do a CAI? How about a throttle body? Should i up the boost? Or leave it alone? And lastly rear end gears? 373's or 390's?

Thanks in advance for any help. Any info to get me going would be great... Im lost!

Wow..you need more answers to your own questions before anyone can help you..with that said:

Are you on a stock bottom end? If so what are your dyno numbers? Be very careful going over 450/450 on the stock engine.

Are you an automatic or a manual?

What are the goals of the car? Do you want a DD, track car, little of both? That will help decide what gears to recommend.

Opening up the exhaust will help the blower breath better, so that is a no brainer, make sure you get cams that are blower friendly.

Who is tuning your car? That person should be the one you ask as they hopefully will know what works the best.

Are you on stock injectors/MAF/fuel pumps? If so you need to upgrade those soon..again, your tuner can tell you the duty cycle of the injectors, if you need a MAFia, what % your fuel pump is operating at.

CAI is always a good thing but getting the air out is just as important; if the air can't get out it doesn't matter how much you shove into the engine....open the exhaust side up first.

If you are going with a catted H/X be careful which cats you use as there are many examples of cats "blowing" out and clogging the exhaust which can hurt the engine.

What is your budget? Are you doing the work yourself?

Nah, 127300s, same cam saleen used in the s302/pj. They work awesome with the saleen blowers. Imho blower grinds are best suited for centri blowers. With the saleen blower and full boost down low the 127300 na cam is more suited to the power band.

I was alittle vague...
Ok stock bottom end. 98mm mass air from saleen. 39lb injectors. Stock fuel pump. Basically car is stock sc saleen. I know the hp and tq should stay at 450. The car will
Be a daily driver in summer. Car cruises ect. Mayb one day a pass down the 1/4mile. The car is a five speed standard. I will be using efi logics to tune the car in CT. Great tuner. Have not yet asked him opinion. Software will be SCT. I have a mechanic to help me do the work who has done previous 3v and cobra 4v motors.
Budget wise : mayb $3,000
Im looking for sound, some performance, quicker acceleration. So exhaust and cams will be plenty.

If stock bottom end just do the longtubes that will take ya to the limits, add sound and 20-30rwhp.
