Upgrade for OE cam followers and lifters 2010 GT

Rebuilding my 3v and wondering if there is an upgrade to the OE followers and lifters that I should be looking at. So far I am planning on forged pistons and rods, Arrp bolts and studs, melling Hi volume oil pump and pickup tube, VMP supercharger. Approx 500 RWHP and 500 torque. Looking for info about better followers and lifters appreciate any help I can get. TIA.

I would recommend Ford Performance/Racing rocker arm and lash adjuster kit as it has the revised oiling holes and most updated lifters that should be just fine for your power levels. https://performanceparts.ford.com/part/M-6529-3V

I second the Ford Performance Cam Follower and Lash Adjuster kit. It is the only choice for the 3 valve. The same goes for the Ford Performance Camshaft Drive Kit. Phasers, tensioners, chains and guides are all included as well as the correct bolts. Chose the valve springs that are recommended for the cams you plan to run and the valvetrain will be as good as it can be.
If you are driving a supercharger many successful builders recommend billet oil pump gears and a billet crankshaft sprocket.
