Yes you just press the button once the light goes out and it's off.
Press it again to turn it back on.

I would love to get a loud pop! lol i get a tiny one and it's not always. maybe you need to lower the time it cuts the engine? do you have it set on auto seems like it's getting enough fuel for a big pop... i'm not an expert though.

I've used the two-step about 6 times now, not one time for over a second. if you want to play with it a bit you can but you don't want to lay on it for any more than 2 seconds, 1 second isn't enough time for fuel to really start to pool up.

the problem is laying on the two step and letting that fuel pool up. (which alot of people do when they don't know the effects and love the sound) lol still I will be going O/R when I get a chance.

Cool. Have you tried it at the track yet or just on the street? I'm just excited to use it to dial in the best launch rpm's for my current set-up.

i am pretty sure you should see some good improvements at the track with these 2 step because you have DR tires but if you dont have good sticky tires is just a waste of time. i tried mine and i could not use it even if i set it at 2,500 rpm i just start spinning the tires in the light.

Just on the street in a parking lot, found a sweet spot I can handle at 3000rpm slipping with two chirps. Since you have good tires at the track you should try 4k to 4.5k and you can just dump it after that or slip it really quick you should hook up nice.

My original issue is that none of my tunes are able to hold a steady rpm, they all eventually go full throttle, I need some launch consistency in my life :)

luillo, you gotta slip the clutch fast, dumping it on pretty much anything about 2500 on street tires will spin lol

I like 3000 rpm for a nice slip it's controllable and still has power.

I went to Atco this past Friday and after getting my 4.10's installed I tried dumping the clutch at 4-4.5k rpms and it would spin the damn tires! I couldn't believe it since with my previous 3.73's I would dump the clutch at 5-5.5k and it would just hook and bog.

I'm hoping that it was just shitty prep since it was a street night. Too many import cars breaking down and the last thing at around 9:30pm a fox body went down the track and lost it mid way and slammed into the left and then crossed over to the right so that was it for the evening.

Going to run the car again this Thursday to try it out again with the gears.

Hate to say a wideband may be off, but the popping is definitely not coming from a lean condition lol

I really don't know who wouldn't enjoy a pop and crackle, shit I do it on purpose downshifting and rolling to a stop light to get that sound!

Yes! Mine does this too. Or did, anyway, before I took the damn thing off. I bought it like 2 weeks ago, put it on, went out and ran it and apparently one of the muffler clamps wasn't tight because it blew the whole thing clear off the pipe. I tried playing around with the RPM settings but it pretty much does it everytime, regardless. Also, if I went over about 3-4 seconds, it would throw 8 codes, one for each coil. Oh well, at least it sounded cool for a few days.

Just put it on automatic until you get used to it. The only time mine pops is if I spray through the shift which I only did that one time....lesson learned.

You know using this wotbox, I think I accidently learned how to really power shift that 1st to 2nd I could never catch, I turned it off and BOOM I catch the 1 to 2 power shift everytime, but there is MUCH MORE wheelspin when I do that. like it would murder my ET's unless I got some DR's I assume.

I mean like it spins till I let off again pretty much making that 1 to 2 shift worthless at the track. with the wotbox I get a spin but not nearly as much.

which do you think would be faster if I got some grip?
