I didn't read through the whole thread, but like others have said, you've got the hard part done (built block).
When I had a ProCharger, the best thing I ever did was swap the P1 for the D1. The same size pulley you're running on the P1 should net you about 4 more psi, plus it sounds more badass, and has a better torque curve.
The only problem is that it's not a cheap swap. ATI charges an arm and a leg, and also sometimes (seems to be hit or miss) requires you to have the larger 3-core FMIC.
It is so worth it, though. You'll love it.
