The 2104 I had before, the TB actuator went bad, so that could be the issue. The over-rev at start leads me think that

They do require some massaging. I have to take off my passenger side this weekend or the next. I forgot to reconnect something. I can take a couple pics if you like.

Is that hard tubing on the drivers side? Looks good, does it have enough flex for motor movement?

Yeah, it's hard plastic tubing and it fits very snugly between the two rubber couplers. I deliberately didn't use hose clamps on that section to allow for any engine movement but so far it hasn't budged. I may replace that whole section later on with a length of 15mm rubber hose.

New rubber showed up, ( 315/35-20 )(275/35-20 ), don't expect the wheels for another 2 to 4 weeks.

Got it back from the pint shop had both bumper covers replaced, after 12 years of dings and stupid things on my part. Looks great. Also had exhaust buttoned up had an exhaust leak between cats and x pope for awhile sounds like it shold now.

I decided my MAC mufflers were too loud after going catless so when I stumbled onto some old Shelby GT axlebacks for $50 I snagged them. Put them on and took the car out, so much better, wife loves it too so that’s a plus. Just need to tweak the drivers side as it’s still not quite straight..

That's a 27.58" tall front tire.....and a 28.68" tall rear tire. That's a TALL rear tire.

Why is there one on the passenger side? That should be air from the intake tube going to the motor. No oil is going through there.

Yeah I know it's overkill especially since my engine's oil consumption is just about zero, and I may remove it later on if it stays dry by the next oil change.

State inspection time today at 4 PM. Although I can't think of any reason it shouldn't pass, it always makes me nervous.

Pulled the trigger on some kook's cat back system( offroad h and full kooks headers) to replace the mbrp exhaust that only made it about 6500 miles- I sure hope the ole saying is you get what you pay for is true- because they don't give that system away. blew both mufflers had numerous factory welds break where the mufflers met the pipe to the ota piping- and the fit meant was not really that great on the previous system- going to make one track trip with the open h pipe-
