Has anyone gotten any real world results with the L&M tb?

I know of one person and he is (i think) still waiting for a clean dyno pass. I really want to add another mod and waiting to see some results. I have searched and searched and well not much out there.

Yeah, that what i figured. I know of only 3 people with them and no dynos yet. I am just ancy to get some more parts-Just wanna make sure they work as advertised though.

L&M is good company. I'm sure they are good for the 10rwhp as claimed.

There aren't that many people with one.

Jim Vaccaro just got one.

I installed mine yesterday..It takes 5 minutes if that..The dyno and shop @ Mustang Magic was busy with 3 big jobs..I will be @ Atco tomorrow for track rental..Hopeing for some good results,,,but 2 pulls before(without) and after (with) on a dyno would show and has at other shops about 10 rwhp,,
The Tqe numbers from what i hear are a little harder to get because you have to start pull and complete pull close as possible..Probably why we have had posted anywhere from 5 to 25 Ft Lb gains...

Any seat of the pant? 15-20lbs of torque-seems like u would feel it? ill wait for some more result i guess.

Car always feels good to me...I went 118 MPH last time out on cool night,45' degrees,If i go 118 or more tomorrow in warmer weather 60's ,,only change being the TB...I hope it helps me out a bit :)

I picked up good down low, like as stated no full pass due to ds vibration, got to get that fixed to full pull, but from 2 to 4 it was about 18 foot punds of torque, no hp gains because I had to shut it down around 5, on the street the car dosent get that kind of speed up, and I can feel a little diference up top 5 min install, I dident change anything in the tune

hmm idk if i want a AL DS or this TB next..

What mods do u have to hit the 118 trap?
I trapped 116 with just a tune, since then i added a Boss manifold, HFC's/3" x, and a catback. Im curious as to what ill trap now.

The best test would be the stock TB and the after market one back to back at the track. There is really no other way to tell than same day, back to back testing. Dyno testing is fun, the the real test is time slips.

I have been waiting for such a test before spending $400.

Id take 18lbs down low any day of the week. When is ur next dyno session.

Don't know, on the street the ds is ok. But when I change the shaft back out ill do a back to back, just hard got to many coustomer cars to work on, to bother with mine right now. But hopfully within the next few weeks, ill do it when the boss intake goes on. Ill try to do a base pull with stock tb, then change it out, then do the boss with both tb's

I gained 10 rwhp with the stock intake. Then put the BOSS intake on and only gained 3 rwhp.
