5.0 engine noise when cold/mid-temp?

All good.. I'm telling you guys.. See about having the fluid changed out! Mine was notchy when cold, and used to grind from time to time. Since they put the QS fluid in mine, it's like a totally different box. It hasn't given me a single problem since I got it back.

I jumped in on the friction modifier bandwagon (may have gotten a little excited). My dealer dumped a bottle in and it smoothed out a touch even with cold shifts.

I expect to have notchy shifting when it's cold with any manual transmission car. Unless it starts grinding often, I'm not going to worry about it. It hasn't given me a lick of trouble on the 10 track passes I've made so far. I'll be installing the LCAs and brackets and heading back in a few weeks. We'll see if my luck continues.
