Afco H/E w/10" dual spa fans & tune

Very soon I'll be replacing my Whipple H/E with the Afco w/10" dual spa fans. Is it necessary to get an updated tune? I'm sure my IAT's will be going down with new H/E, so less timing being pulled, therefore more HP, correct? Does the computer pull timing independent from the tune, therefore no tune update needed?

You'll be fine, I run the same heat exchanger, just make sure to get all of the air out of the lines lol.
