email tune will not start motor

after multiple recommendations, I ordered an email tune for my AT SC. I loaded it into the SCT X3 and loaded it into the PCM. I was surprised the motor would not even start. I reloaded my prior tune and the motor ran fine. I tried again with my email tune and the motor would not start, and again, and again. The motor will just not start. Is there some trick I'm missing? This sort of gives me concerns regarding just how good the tune is even if the tune is corrected. This is a well respected shop but I havent received a reply to my email explaing my issue. Should I be concerned?

You need to verify with your e-mail tuner that the tune was written with the correct processor code.
