Finally decided to bite the bullet and throw the power adder in the BEAST!!! Gave it a lot of thought before I made the plunge but I think 9's are easily possible.

Little tear down action:

BEAST as it sits getting ready for the tear down:

Jacking Pads to protect the paint:

Pad in place.......no metal to metal contact:

Next, the floor jack is slid into place with appropriate protection in place:

Floor jack in place......no metal to metal here!!:

Next the oil in drained to remove all metal from oil:

FILTHY OIL!!!!!!!!!!!! 49 hard miles on this M1 5W-20 stuff!!!!:yuck:

There's already more action in this thread than Mikey's 275,675 page build thread............but I digress....:sigh1:

So now it's only gonna take 9 seconds to push out of the garage? Lol. And you sure do use lots of protection

I don't think you're going to get into the 9's sitting in the garage.

Darren sent me some pics of something polished that spins and has some serious whine. Looked like a nice piece.

I think it'd be cheaper if you just went to the dealership, took a picture of a Mustang, framed it, and then photoshopped mods on from time to time. Yep...definitely cheaper and exact same effect. Just sayin'.

Is that the stillen splitter? I think I need it. Did you get the turnbuckles somewhere else? Theirs are all stainless steel.

Either way. Your car is gorgeously clean
