Lets just say I need to test my alt. that is putting out 16v after 4500 rpms and there till it drops back to 4500 or so rpms.

Forgot to update on this. The alternator had a bad regulator. Before with the other regulator it would idle around 13.8 to 14.0. After installing a new one, the voltage seems to stay right at 14.7v. I have not checked at WOT yet though. We will see that in the data logs today.

Well, the dyno did not cooperate with us very well. It was a non loaded dyno and the tire spin in it was insane! Even with Hawgman and myself sitting in the trunk the car would spin at 5700 when the boost really came in hard. We were able to get enough data to feel good about doing some road or track pulls this weekend. I will measure the power at a dyno day later. Good news is the car makes 700/642 by 5700 rpms. Even better is the fact that the motor works well and no smoke on the pulls. I had about 60 miles on the motor when we straped it down and had not been past 5500 rpms. To say the least I was nervous. I will also have to do the n2o tune via data log since the 3 second pulls would not have gave us much info. Main thing is the motor is working well! I am uploading a few videos now.

Thanks, I am going to the track on Sat. and will get the tune finished there. After I am done I will use a local loaded dyno to check the power on my little dyno queen! LOL

Yea, yours looked a lot like mine at the spaghetti point as well. LOL

I will blow out the numbers on another dyno another day...

I ordered a wet kit and New gears so will be hitting dyno and remote with lito for the nitrous tune.. keep us posted on your nitrous!
