Damnation that was a bad ass pull LOL! And on a 302 stroker! Makes me think....hmm...an F1A on a 326 stroker??? How much psi are you pushing? I'd probably blow my heads off with TTY bolts. I'm sure you don't recommend I try this on my Brenspeed 326 right lol?

23 psi on that pull.

Im sure Brenspeed can build a motor as well as I can in my garage with 2816 pistons... I have seasoned head studs at work though. lol

I have some video on the GoPro from the front of the car that is still in the car as well. It is raining though and the trailer is far enough away to get me soaked. I will post it later this week.

I ran 19psi with a D1 and tty head bolts. A friend pushed 23psi with tty and had no issues. He did melt a piston when the meth didn't work right but the tty bolts were fine.

Nah...I'm not going there lol! 20 psi is the max for me. Can't wait to see your video. Your car not only looks great but the power is just insane. Congrats on the build!:thumb2:

Not sure yet. I may use one closer to my house in Tyler or Longveiw. I would like to find a dyno day though as it would cost less. I am going to finish tuning via datalogs. I will just hit the dyno to check the power level.

There is a good shop in Longview that I went to called Luckys.

Thats who I was referring to. That's who we used last time Manuel was here in the states.

Well looks like I am getting the tabs welded on the rear end tomorrow for the BMR rear anti sway bar and heading to the track Sat. afternoon at Dallas Raceway.

Maybe I can set my remote GoPro up at the line prior, Im going by myself for some data logging more then anything. MY video guy (my son) is going to a moto practice the same day and I am watching him race on Sunday. :thumb2:

I am going to check the tune and new motor first and then test the new BMR rear anti sway bar. Goal for tomorrow is clean passes on the tune and clean level launches on the bar. Not looking for PB tomorrow , just testing.

We do have very good weather though so IDK...

Had a issue that I knew was there since it did it on the dyno the other day. I was getting fail safe and codes p2104, p2107, p2110, and p2111. Turns out I had a broken wire within the insolation at the throttle body on the actuator side. I found it today though.




Also made two passes after I found the issue. These were easy passes just checking things out for tuning only. I left at 2000 rpms on the foot brake and managed 1.45 60 ft and 6.10 1/8 mile times at 113 mph. It was 1/8 day at the track but the data log where I stayed in it at the stripe showed a 144 mph pass. We only have 19* of timing in the car right now and with the 3.73 gears I put in I was at 7000 rpms at 144 vrs the 7550 at 146 I was at before. I am getting 3-4 mph more out of 1st and second with these gears as well. Was really nice to see the 1.45 60s leaving so soft. Even managed to lift the left front. I feel like by next weekend I will have the bugs worked out and the BMR anti roll bar adjusted as needed.

I have two videos that I am uploading now that show how the car left the line with the BMR anti sway bar. They are unedited and a little rough but you will get the idea.

So..when are we spraying it?
Couple weeks. I want everything broken in and the current tune 100% first. I hope to be back where I was by the Nov. track day at Ennis. and then work on the N2O tune. Lots to figure out there as far as when to spray ect.
