Roush M90 and cam recommendation

Woundering if any one has any luck with cam combinations. 2009 Rousch
with a M90 kit . Thinking of doing 2.57 pulley JDM , lower pulley JDM, GT500 fuel pump up grade,cold air intake,new tune, bigger inner cooler and need cams? Any thoughts?

Thanks for the suggestion, however I was looking more for someone taht has done a similar build. However I appreciate your feed back and have been reading the old post. Seems like Hot Rod cams get a out of good feed back evem from BBR and JDM.

That would be great, I'm disappointed, because we are our Roush dealer and they didn't advise us of the 2300 model. That would have been my first choice. So it's do the mods I'm talking about or unload the M90 and up grade. I'm on the fence.

Id go with the better blower but cams are obviously cheaper.

I have the same setup....M90...2.57 pulley. I made 410 to the wheels.

I have purchased the 10% overdrive pulley...just haven't installed it yet...and I'm also thinking about adding a set of cams.

I'd be interested to know about a recommendatoin. Most guys that have blowers and do cam swaps are making more boost than what I am at now and way more hp...so I'm thinking the cam choice for us M90 guys may be different.

I added the FRPP hot-rod cams to my '07 Roush 427R and went from 421rwhp to 443. I also have a Steeda CAI, 2.57" blower pulley. The cams are great, but there are better options for cams.

Any particular reason for recommending the bbr stage 2's? The guy above has some first hand experience with them so I can understand why he mentioned them...

On an m90 how much power do you think he would pick up with the stage 2's?

Don't leave us hanging then? Do you know of a better option? Were big into turbos and I'm still researching the Mustang line. We have two 4 cyl Scions pumping out mid 450 HP. I've heard a fair amount of good things with the hot rod cams and so of the shops that Roush recommended also recommended them. There does have to be a cam that is designed for our blower application. I'd like to be between 450 and 500. I do think I'm beating a dead horse to get it out of a M90 set up.

I've read that 450 isn't out of the question...any more than that is really pushing it.

How much boost are you running or planning to run?

BBR stage 2's are too big i'd throw stage 1 from BBR they make power up to 6.500 they are so nice...

i have had stage 1's from bbr and stage 2's....their stage 2 is supposed to be one bad ass cam for blowers, but i will say i loved the stage 1 aswell, iv also ran comp cams in the past in the same car and did not like it at all...call chris at BBR he can explain it a lot better, but from first hand experience and all the things iv read the BBR stage 2's i personally think would be perfect for you........However if you want a BBR stage 1 cam i have a set for sale with springs for $450

iv seen dyno charts where people have picked up around 50+ hp with a stage 2 cam....561-417-5555 is the number for blow by racing talk to chris or john and ask them about the stage 2 lol tell them dillon dollar referred you, may get lucky and geta discount...BBR is a great company the customer service is awesome when my car locked up from a comp cam i didnt even know who chris was and he stayed on the phone with me for 2 hours and even sent me a free tune just to help me out an i never had in the past invested in their company, since then they built me a long block for a great price and they stand behing their work,,,,pretty soon they are going to hook me up with a D1 looking for upwards if 600+ hp

just get the hot rods they are are a simple drop in (once you've done it once hahah) and they sound recockulous

you aren't gonna get an extra 100 hp with any other cam over the hot rods anyway so .. go for ballsy sound
