Anyone else have this issue with their S197? If I take off the seatbelt it seems like there really isn't enough retraction tension to pull it back properly. The belt kind of gets twisted/folded slightly when you take it off and the tension from the unit isn't enough to want to pull the belt back in properly. I have to make sure there isn't any twists or folds in the belt in order for it to retract fully.
