Wrapped my fiberglass Trufiber deck lid in carbon fiber. I just did not have it in me to spend $250 on theirs so I spent less than $100 on this setup doing it myself. Put on a AM GT500 wing as well. Still on the fence about this. I like it but without the rear gurney flap its gonna have to grow on me. Also installed some new gauges to fill the pod that was sitting empty for the past year. Previous owner installed it but there were no gauges in it. image3 (1).jpeg image1 (1).jpeg image2 (1).jpeg

Finally getting my air bags replaced this morning! Opened all my BMR supension parts that showed up yesterday!

Edit: Arrived home only to fine the mail lady leaving a package of more goodies. My extra Saleen intercooler, bypass, filter and 07 water crossover showed up as well! A little parts porn for everyone! [IMG]

They're only replacing the inflators on the back of the airbag, not the whole airbag assembly

Is that some bmr engine mounts I see? I put those on mine and was amazed that I actually felt a difference in the drive line.

@Anti It is in deed, I look forward to seeing how well they do! I have scuffs on both sides of my shaker from it making contact with the hood. Thats my fault for not finishing the trim out. Will let the body shop finish that up maybe, just don't like how Saleen finished there's out. Part of the reason for 07 coolant cross over and possibly drop the the motor a 1/4". Good to hear someone else likes them.

Keep your steering linkage in mind if you are running longtubes and lowering the motor. The pacesetter LT's on mine hit when turning with just one of the spacers removed. Had to put them all in, but that was ok, I wasn't trying to lower mine anyway.

So you installed a bumpsteer kit spacing the tierod all the way down on a car that is not lowered??? I'm betting that you added a lot of bumpsteer that wasn't there before and possibly made the steering feel a bit "sensitive".

I completed putting in the new engine. Technically it took me two days. Still have a couple minor things to do before start up next weekend.

    Nothing too mind-blowing, but finally pitched those crap/stock LCA's. I'm old/slow so these small projects are pretty much all-day (4-5 beers) now...sadly...still fun tho. :D Ctrl_Arms-New.jpg Ctrl_Arms-Old.jpg

Whiteline? I've been meaning to grab a pair of those for the longest time now. I really need some relocation brackets too.
