Had to remove all license plate frame and clear covers. FL just passed a law making it a crime!

I agree but anything that obscures the plate is illegal now. As with everything in law enforcement “officer discretion” but why look for trouble.

Thanks. It is Cerakote's Glacier Series ultra-high temperature coating that is formulated to withstand exhaust temperatures up to 1800 degrees Fahrenheit (980 Celsius).

Finally got around to upgrading my 8 awg Fuel Pump Wire Mod 40A relay to use a Leash Electronics Hi Output Relay Station (shout out to lwarroir for posting the link) fused to 30A at the relay station, thus allowed me to up the fuse at the BEC to 50A (just because.......same 50A fuse that JeremyH sends w\ his 8 awg Fuel Pump Wire Mod kit) & upgraded the 12v+ power feed wire from Leash relay station output to FPDM 12v+ power in terminal from the 10" section of leftover Ford OEM 16 awg wire to 12 awg wire......then wired up a secondary 12v+ power setup using the now spare 40A relay w\ the spliced LFT rear reverse light 12v+ power from SJB as trigger wire to power my Ford reverse backup alarm system & upcoming reverse backup camera system to hook up to my existing Kenwood Excelon DNS 995 head unit (has reverse backup camera capability built in). Put in a 15A ATO fuse off Leash relay station 12v+ power input lug, then a 2A mini fuse to Ford reverse backup alarm controller..........will be putting in another 2A mini fuse in the other Mini Fuse holder for the reverse backup camera when install is completed.

Found that the speaker beeps on the Ford reverse backup alarm system got louder since doing this.......kinda figured that the 12v+ to LFT rear reverse light from SJB was low amperage power thus wouldn't carry much more amperage load w\o causing issues in the SJB circuitry.........this result confirmed my hunch.

Since days are shorter now, I broke this up to do in 2 stages, so the next stage is the actual reverse backup camera installation (been wanting to get this done for quite some time............just kept putting it off).

Gonna pull out my Kenwood install guide & see what needs to be done under the dash........................

Finally got the 2nd part of this wiring project done just last week!

It's been a rough year for ole GlassTop09 (contracted a severe case of tendonitis in my lower left calf\ankle\foot from sorting\moving a lot of our junk back inside our storage shed after full remodeling interior, creating attic storage, pouring concrete patio area, wiring for motion lighting install over patio area, exterior repaint, section of roof pro-paneled, exterior locking door installed & a LOT of wire closet heavy duty shelving & closet rods installed to put/hang the junk I deemed worth keeping...........broke down & hauled off a truckload of scrap metal...........all earlier this year.........went thru a lot of doctors up here over several months before I got a good diagnosis & treatment..........now currently going thru physical therapy to try to regain strength back in leg.........) but finally got the backup camera installed (had the local audio shop do it while also having a SIRIUS XM SXV300 Tuner antenna extended extension cable installed--these didn't exist for my '09 GT w\ OEM Sirius trunk mounted tuner back in 2018 when I had my full Kenwood Excelon DS995 sound system installed--to be able to use the OEM trunk mounted Sirius antenna--then remove the aftermarket Sirius antenna so she now looks fully OEM from the outside......) & operational.

Almost a full year after doing all the initial pre-wiring for it........................!

In hindsight, I'm kinda glad I had them do the install instead of me doing it....................

So now she's got a full OEM '08 Ford S197 dealer optioned back up alarm system (the sensors seen mounted in rear bumper.........purchased & installed these myself several yrs back............) along w\ this reverse back up camera (wanted all this installed due to the rear window louver\side quarter window louver install restricting rear\quarter visibility..............).

On to the next project.......................but gonna have to start pacing my physical efforts from now on since this self-inflicted injury...........have to wear all orthopedic shoes w\ braced insoles now to correct foot alignment to offload\support both outer tendons in both L\R lower calf\ankle & foot area thus can't stand on my feet for any extended length of time anymore due to the degenerative nature of my situation..........getting old & slowly breaking down........wear & tear from over 30+ yrs in prior petroleum industry occupation(s) are starting to catch up to me.........having venous insufficiency in both lower calfs don't help either..............

Curious as to what "rear window louvers" you have, I've never seen a picture of your car. Would you mind posting a pic?
Good luck with the injury and recovery. It's good you got a doc that can help, that's most of the battle.

I removed the roof side trim and cleaned underneath. Oh boy can't believe how much dirt and mud was below. And the rubber to the windshield had big gaps where the water can run into it.
I sealed it with RTV now and will spray everything with rust protection wax tomorrow. Hopefully it is not too late for that.

Due to my wife's dementia, we are moving into an assisted living facility. Her in memory care and me in independent living; just waiting for a room to open. But my Mustang is moving into the assisted living facility as well so got her a new badge.
