76mm, you'll be fine. When I had everything buttoned up and looking at the system it became apparent that I wouldn't be able to tap that portion of the turbo housing; I just ended up welding a fitting nearby.

He has a 76. So he tapped the piping just down stream of the turbo.

Awesome! After reading that thread seems I need to buy more parts lol. So I need two breathers for the PVC valves and rubber cap for the intake?

Ur talkin bout your wastegate line? If its that black hose idk I bought gates vacuum line. Oil lines look good, yo are also pushin over 800hp lol

You do not want the signal coming from the compressor because its pre- intercooler. As flow increases the pressure drop across the intercooler will increase and you will get boost "sag". Meaning boost will drop offer high rpm.

You also don't want it from the intake manifold because you could overspin your turbo when boosting at part throttle. Some say that vacuum can damage the diaphram as well, although I've never seen it.

Best place is the cold side charge pipe.

Its 'works' in all 3 locations. Manifold, cold side, hot side/compressor. It works best n the cold side charge pipe.

I used a heavy 1/4" ID fuel line for my WG/BOV lines. The wall of the hose is reinforced and a little thicker than normal hose, so it should resist flex/expansion a little better than normal vacuum lines.
