Smokn, if you need any help with the install feel free to get ahold of me. I finished my install a week ago or so. What do you plan on doing on the fuel side of the house?

I used a heavy 1/4" ID fuel line for my WG/BOV lines. The wall of the hose is reinforced and a little thicker than normal hose, so it should resist flex/expansion a little better than normal vacuum lines.

Same line I am using as well. :thumb:

It arrived messed up? Did you try to clear it up or did you just order a replacement from comp? Did you go oilless?

My clamps are basically the same diameter as the on3/S&H clamps, just wider and heavier. You can find them at any auto parts store.

Well I bought the kit used and the member that sold it to me had no idea and gave me some money back. I knew Jeremy was selling the comp turbo got a polished one but not the oilless didn't have the funds and just dropped 13 bills on wheels and tires. Wasn't expecting to buy a turbo

The On3 kit just came with a Jegs oil-relo kit, all it had were regular worm gear clamps. I'll go see what I can scrounge up.

You guys are cracking me up with all this stuff about heavy duty hose and clamps.
I've had regular silicone vacuum line to well over 20 psi with no clamps. Just barb fittings.
They won't blow off. Its not that much pressure and the surface area is tiny.

They are talking about the oil fitler relocation line clamps.

I run silicone vac hose as well no issue at 16psi, I did add a small ziptie over all the barbs for good measure.

Fuel said that he has had (one or two, can't remember) instances in which his oil lines came off the barb fittings.

Mine came off the barb twice before I wised up and purchased some stainless hoses and fittings instead of those POS worm clamps.
