I used a heavy 1/4" ID fuel line for my WG/BOV lines. The wall of the hose is reinforced and a little thicker than normal hose, so it should resist flex/expansion a little better than normal vacuum lines.
Smokn, if you need any help with the install feel free to get ahold of me. I finished my install a week ago or so. What do you plan on doing on the fuel side of the house?
Thanks bud I will prob hit you up, bought Jeremy's 405 kit 39lb injectors. Wanting to make around 470 to 480hp. I pretty much have everything installed besides the turbo. The on3 turbo was shot didn't notice untill I had everything bolted up
It arrived messed up? Did you try to clear it up or did you just order a replacement from comp? Did you go oilless?
My clamps are basically the same diameter as the on3/S&H clamps, just wider and heavier. You can find them at any auto parts store.
You guys are cracking me up with all this stuff about heavy duty hose and clamps.
I've had regular silicone vacuum line to well over 20 psi with no clamps. Just barb fittings.
They won't blow off. Its not that much pressure and the surface area is tiny.

Oh my bad
I was about to say, its good to be safe but thats some crazy overkill, haha
Mine came off the barb twice before I wised up and purchased some stainless hoses and fittings instead of those POS worm clamps.
