LOL.. yea, that's the door pull. Seeing how that was his first hard pull on the new motor, I was standing around the corner and holding the phone out at arms length to take the videos (Billy's recommendation to do so.. )

Sad part was with both Billy and myself in the trunk the pulls were about the same amount of tire spin. The owner of the shop showed up that night and said that when they do high horsepower cars they typically cross strap them and position them differently on the roller. Would have been nice if the dyno guy would have hipped us to that at the beginning of the day when he was up there.

They had metal owls hanging from the ceiling by chains in the shop too. I didn't ask...

ok, but you'd think anyone who worked there would know how to strap it down correctly.

Sorry, thought we had mentioned it enough on here everyone would have known. Stay stunned here and I will let you know when I do the nitrous tune in a couple weeks.

What dyno? If I have my shit together on time maybe I will come back down

As for straps, on my run we did same thing. At that point Lito did not care about numbers just wanted to tune so I was good with that. I do think strapped down correctly and forward on the roller would have worked tho

Not sure yet. I may use one closer to my house in Tyler or Longveiw. I would like to find a dyno day though as it would cost less. I am going to finish tuning via datalogs. I will just hit the dyno to check the power level.

Technically he was there for an hour or so. That was the blond headed guy that showed up and helped Manny figure out what was what on the dyno when he first pulled my car in.

Damnation that was a bad ass pull LOL! And on a 302 stroker! Makes me think....hmm...an F1A on a 326 stroker??? How much psi are you pushing? I'd probably blow my heads off with TTY bolts. I'm sure you don't recommend I try this on my Brenspeed 326 right lol?
