The styling is a little subtle and it's a bit too refined. I would have liked more aggressive graphics that really shout Mach 1, 100hp per liter, a Shaker hood, and a meaty throaty soundtrack from the engine.
It's nevertheless a great looking car that has many desirable features, and should be a potent track weapon, but the traditionalist in me would still yearn for the '69 version simply because of the raw driving experience, because it just looks so damn cool, and because you can have fun without driving at illegal speeds.
Whatever your taste it's a win win either way.
