Last time was a complete disaster and tcs problems ruined my two passes... BUT I FINALLY got my new tune from my tuner with me being able to manually turn it off. Off to the track to try out the big and littles once more tonight. Going to swap plugs, pick up my bottle, and hopefully break off an 11.1 tonight! Ill have video shots tomorrow morning.

thanks guys. i wish i could pull a 10.99 but dont think that's possible haha id be happy with an 11.1x tonight since this will be my last track night for a while. next track night falls on my graduation day so i won't be able to make it. then after that the weather is going to be way too hot to enjoy the track down here.

thanks man. i have a rear seat delete so check that off the list. i usually pull my passenger seat at the track as well. maybe i'll pull the driver seat off this time and see if they notice

Good luck---the DA at Famoso should be pretty good this evening.

i hope so! im kind of glad they changed the start time like they did. racing at 8 instead of 7 like last year can really make a difference during the summer

If you have to strip anything out of the car then the run doesn't count. Run it "as is" or work on it some more.

well last night was another bust. only managed a best of 11.9 at 112mph with 1.73 60' after two passes. the first pass i had to let out halfway cause the guy in the lane next to me started swerving and started coming into my lane. first time that's happened to me and he was about a car lenght or two ahead of me. i am starting to think some of my problem is with my nitrous bottle. when i first cracked it open before the first pass i heard a small leak coming from the neck of the bottle. after i was about to do my 2nd pass and cracked it open again i couldn't hear the leak anymore.

i noticed when i crack the bottle open it doesn't have near the amount of pressure coming out as im used to. it feels very weak. usually i can hear the nitrous start going into the line and see the line move a little once doing so. last night i opened the valve and didn't hear anything or see anything move. the whole thing just seemed like it was weak. im going to reseal the fittings of just tighten them down and take it somewhere else to fill for next week. think im heading back this friday if they have an event going on. getting tired of using nitrous already and about ready to sell the damn kit and move on.... plus i was finishing the runs at 112mph instead of the usual 116-117mph im used to... any ideas? bottle doesn't hold the pressure well either. couldn't get it about 950 last night after dumping it in hot water and getting it up to 1150 before the track opened 2 hours prior. even with the zex bottle warmer plugged in.

Do you have a pressure gauge mounted on the bottle outlet?

Yeah I have a pressure gauge mounted on the bottle.
Decided I'm going back friday for the wchra event at famoso. Going to make sure everything works this time bottle wise.
I opened the valve again today and still felt weak. Pressure was at 1050 after sitting in the car the whole day inside the heat.
