Hey

Yes, the alcohol injection not only kept the IATs in check but also enriched the fuel which went from 90% cycle to 77% with the 100% methanol.

Purpose last night was datalogging with tuners who are sponsoring car for the big event in December. We suspected plugs were a little fowled before going but decided to try anyway, and didn't have a full set to replace. Lance only made 3 full race passes (a 10.2 and two 10.0s back to back, trap mph from 134-136) before car sputtered too badly.

Had planned on increasing timing to about 26 but never got beyond 21. Hesitation noted somewhere on each run and datalogging showed that timing was pulled momentarily each time. We think the torque limiter was misbehaving, pulling fuel and retarding timing. Anyway tuners, had planned on at least 3 more strip datalogging sessions before December.

Car is not running nitrous anymore and nitrous system was 100% renoved before last night night

yea last night was not a good nite steve had messed up plugs , i toasted a clutch , my other buddy steven blew up his rear end , another 96 or so mustang blew a motor and a vette toasted a rear end too all together there was four stangs and a vette out for sure lol and i tell you what steve's car will be in the 9's no problem once the bugs are out ........ and my god yall should have seen this blue fox they had out there he had to be running at least an 88mm turbo that thing was sick ...........
