Not to hi-jak the thread but I was looking at the shedule and rules today. I noticed that they are having the True Steet race on Sunday instead of Saturday. Do you know if you have to be there Friday or can you dial in on Saturday? What kinda times do you run?
To run True Street you only have to be there on Sunday. Your entry fee is $50 and you can also run the bracket races as well. You don't dial in for TS. Basically you have your car inspected, show your license and ins card, go on the 30 mile cruise, line up for 3 back to back runs.

This is a Mustang race but there is an assortmant of fast cars all over the board, they have a parts swap, car show, drag racing and vendors.

Yes sir, I will be there bright and early on Sat! Ready to make some runs with my new converter and tires!

I was wrong about being able to run brackets and TS. I got confirmation today that this event you have to run or the other. So on Sat I will test and tune and get used to launching and run TS on Sunday for fun!

I " hope to be " in the 11's this year. Ran low 12's last year on the stock converter.

Who cares man, its all about having fun! I know I am going to look like a complete newbie out there(which I am) but it will still be fun and I will get a little bit of experience at the same time. The schedule shows the True Street class running late Sunday afternoon. A lot of spectators will have already left by then. Plus, the 30 mile cruise(with Police escort) is going to be a blast! :highfive:
