Yes I run strange brakes on all 4 corners. QA1 or Viking or Strange DA rear coil overs, can't go wrong really with any of those.
Do you have the part numbers for the brake kits you run, both front and back? I am looking into front and rear Strange brakes and QA1 coil overs, on all four corners, any help would be appreciated.

Shouldn't you be extending your runway.. driveway or whatever you call it?

I will look up the front. I think the rear will be different though as I run a 9 inch rearend. You are still on the 8.8 correct? Do you have 9 inch ends on it or is it 8.8?

Here is what I have on the front:

Here is what I believe you need on the rear, all though I am not sure what offset you would use, 2.5 or 2.3:

http://www.strangeengineering.net/dragrace/brake-kits-components/pro-steel-rear-brake-kits.html

The front struts I run are single adjustable, and I run the BMR 1 inch lowering springs. You could also just go with a coil over kit. Mine is strictly for drag racing as you know, so I just went with the adjustable drag racing strut.

Rear coil overs, I am afraid I would be of little help as my set up is with the 9 inch rearend, and the shocks/springs were moved inboard. So the length of the shock and height of the spring, as well as the spring rate could be very different. I run the strange double adjustable coil overs with a 14 inch high spring 138 lb/inch.

If you go with the Strange springs, go with the hyper coil ones (NOT the Knight series). The Hypercoils are a much better spring. Spring rate and length just depends:

I am as much of a fan of Strange stuff as BMR. A great company and good quality stuff. I also run a custom driveshaft they made me and they are great to deal with.

If you are sticking with the 8.8 you can run a 2.5 coil in the stock location if you are not going to do a complete relocation of the shocks and springs. I run QA1 14" 150lb in my set up. I have run a 12" spring there also but of course lowers the rear quite a lot.

I made a set of relocation brackets for the shocks to pull them in a little when I narrowed the rear and put the 9" ends on it. I should have pics of them somewhere.

Thanks! I will check it out. I started a thread on the brakes and copied you setup there.
