There is very little clearance on the rears now though. I have about 5/8" clearance on the shock and the lower control arms. I had to remove the boot on the shock also as it was only 1/4" from the tire.
That's a lot more than me! You have PLENTY of room. Looking good man.:beerchug2:

Only get six letters here. Makes it harder. I used to have SHHHHH, because the car was so loud. Haha

Seems like all the good ones are gone. I went two days late to renew SHHHH, and it was gone. LOL

Looks like the gaskets I bought are going to need to be sealed to the delete plates to work.

Mine says SCAAAARY................it's fitting for a roadrace setup. It's pretty much sideways all over the place because of the suspenion/tires.

Those are interesting. Where did they come from?

I received the Bogarts back from having the 3/4" spacers removed off the back of them this week so I went and had the tire mounted and I put them back on the car today. They had a little trouble with the rears since they had never removed the spacers on anything over 6.5 BS. They had to make an extension for there mill. Im really happy with how they turned out. There is very little clearance on the rears now though. I have about 5/8" clearance on the shock and the lower control arms. I had to remove the boot on the shock also as it was only 1/4" from the tire. All tucked up nice and neat now though with an 8 1/4" BS.

Now to get to work on the vacuum leak with the new gaskets..

I got some 1/8th inch spaces laying here doing nothing, let me know if you want them and I can send them to you.

Let me ask a dumb question, why didn't you have the manifold made with out the delete plates. You may have answered it before.

It is a JPC sheet metal intake. That is just how they where made. I may have it welded later after I find the current issue. Even though I used the new gaskets, I still used rtv on both sides. If this fixes the issue I will have the plates welded and then redeck the entire bottom face to make it true again.

I am going to give the rtv about 30 more minutes and then test it out.

I thought they could have made the runners long enough that they would eliminate the need for the delete plates.

What's next?

I think I am on to something. Look at these three screenshots.

Plugs as they were.

Plugs swapped side to side.

New HT1s installed.

Time to start tuning!
