You should vent it to your muffler! Get some bad ass flames going!

I hope it was the source of your fuel problem. Instead of an open vent I used a 2-way check valve from pegasus racing that keeps the tank sealed until a certain amount of pressure. This way the E85 will last longer and not absorb the water from the atmosphere.

I'm sorry Billy but I gotta laugh at the having no vent thing, LOL
I thought the silver thing on the red cap was a vent?
Do you still have a roll over valve also?
Interesting!I've seen clogged vents on motorcycle cause the tank to cave in.
If this vent fixes my issue I will look into it.No roll-over valve on mine. I honestly don't see the need for one if you put the end of the vent tube low enough and also the check valve I used should somewhat serve a similar purpose.
Any updates?
Dam that's some bad luck, I hope they have an idea....
Just a thought, I would disconnect your feed line up front and connect another line to a bucket and see what kind of flow you have before and after the regulator
I don't know if that would work correctly because aren't the regulators boost referenced somehow?
